Batavia generates its core revenue through the high-volume production of motorcycle and automotive wheels, complemented by a comprehensive line of aftermarket components including swing arms, wheel hubs, and paddock stands, alongside the distribution of supporting accessories like shock absorbers and rim spokes. Approximately 90% of overall production is dedicated to satisfying domestic demand across Indonesia, with the remaining volume exported to key Asian markets. The company reaches end consumers through its flagship proprietary brand, Velg Rossi, supported by an extensive network of distributor agents spanning every major Indonesian city. To further maximize facility output, Batavia maintains robust OEM manufacturing operations, supplying prominent local motorcycle brands as well as specialized government-contracted projects.

Since 2006, Batavia also began to manufacture aluminum extrusion based furniture frames which over the years have been integrated to become a complete standalone furniture factory. The factory specializes in mainly outdoor furniture products which also include materials such as HDPE synthetic rattan production, polypropylene rope production, teak wood production and upholstery. As of today, the furniture business already has regular international brand clients and also hospitality projects spread across globally. All quality standards have met the export market requirements and also high-end hospitality project requirements.

In addition to the product line, Batavia also does B2B supply of aluminum accessories or components to other factories. For instance, luggage and bag components, extrusion pipes, moulding fabrication, metal plates and so on. The factory also produces architectural and interior products, including lasercut panels for facade, woven synthetic rattan aluminum panels and other relevant products.
